The melted, half-used stub of a candle
Used primarily indoors, candles are the cheapest light source available. In royal castles, great candelabras with hundreds of candles light great ballrooms and throne rooms, while in the huts of peasants a single candle burns in the night to illuminate those simple tasks that are performed once the sun has dropped below the horizon.
Made from beeswax shaped around a treated wick, this candle has been used extensively in the past.
